Couldn't Have Proper Sex Due To Vaginal Tightness. Tried Lubricant, Condom. Any Suggestion?

Sir/Madam,
I am newly married,but I couldn't have sex properly with my husband even for single time.My vagina is too tight.Whenever he tries to get in I feel my vagina is too tight,I get pain even if he touches my vagina,and my excitement all goes away making my vagina more tight.I tried lubricant,Condom,but nothing worked.Can a lady doctor suggest me what is the way I could use to satisfy my husband.Thanks.
