Cracked Skin, Dryness In Some Areas Of Hands, Brittle Nails, No Improvement With Mometasone Cream. Suggestion?

I am a 21 year old female, and i have a cracked skin in some areas of my hands and i have dry, brittle nails just like the one one the photo below 1- WWW.WWWW.WW 2- WWW.WWWW.WW it started on only a few nails, but has now spread to almost all of my fingers. i have this condition for over a year and a half and i have seen 3 dermatologist that said that i have Psoriasis and gave me Clobetasol propionate ointment 0.05%, i used it for 3 weeks but it didn t help. i saw a pharmacist that said that the peels in my skin are too soft to be a Psoriasis and diagnose my condition as an Eczema and gave me a Mometasone (furoate): Ointment/Cream 1mg/g (0.1%). this didn t help either please help me..

Hello
Thanks for using Health Care magic
I would be pleased to answer your questions.

From the description , of brittle nails and cracks on the skin , it is more of a psoriasis than eczema . If just topical application of creams is not working , other options of treatments include NBUVB .
NBUVB is a light therapy where you have to attend the Dermatologist clinic and expose your hands to light three days in a week . Along with the above , application of VitaminD extract( Calcipotriol) along with High potent steroid on the areas of scaling will help
Thanks and Take care
