Cracked Skin Under Toes Extending To Foot, Have Oozing And Bleeding From Foot. Cause?

Few months ago under my toes my skin was cracking and was sometimes painful so I went to a chemist for advice and got sevrel creams on few different times and then week ago it spread to rest my foot and now there is pus under side my foot and blood coming out of it the foot is so painful of I try to walk on it I start feeling sick and dizzy from the pressure do you know what is wrong with my foot?
