Cracks Under Big Toe. Tried Moisturisers, Creams, No Relief. Cure For Cracks?

on my big toes underneath are cracked ive tried moisturisers and creams but nothing seems to heal them its only on the big toes what is causing this and what is it its been happening for a few years it used to heal but now they have been cracked for over a yr without healing i dont wear shoes or sock i wear thongs so what could be causing it and why does it keep occuring

hello.check with your local dermatologist to see if it is psoriasis involving the sole.if so, it is recurrent and resonably debilitating.treatment is possible, to keep it under control.
