Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The medicines are appropriate...

Chest pain / angina may mean a block in the stent or native artery.
You need TMT with thallium / may be repeat angiography
In the mean time, addition of clopidogrel and nitrates can help

Stomach pain may be from aspirin? But you need antiplatelet drugs..
An endoscopy can clear the issue.
In the mean time, addition of Proton Pump Inhibitor for short term can help

Discuss with your doctor

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
