Cramps In The Back, Mild Periods, Headaches. Inconclusive Pregnancy Report. Advice?

I ovulated the 16th last month nd then the 24th had a period a lil heavy at first then it got lighter nd lasted 4 1/2 days instead of 7-8 days as always nd today is 10days after that period i broke out around my lips on face nd lower belly n back cramps with nonstop headaches nd i took a test today it started to have positive then quickly disappeared idk what to think so i.did another two line test the positive started to show then disappeared

The urine test done 10 days after the periods is likely to be a false positive. The lighter period that you had is not suggestive of pregnancy. This is more likely to be due to a mild hormonal imbalance.
