I have this crawling in my vagina area and it don t itch , I don t feeling anything bitting me but it crawl. I have tried several products from RID to pemetrin cream. Nothing seem to work. I am 60 years old and I am not sexual active so I know it not sexual. I do notice after I take a bath I see little brownish grains things in the bottom of my tub when I wash my pubic hairs really good. I have been dealing with this for about five months.

Hello
Your glucose level in blood should be checked - it is very important to reveal possible diabetes. Colposcopy and vulvoscopy have to be also done, you may need biopsy to be taken from some areas. You intestine and colon should be investigated to reveal possible helminths. If all this ok some creams or suppositories with estrogens and anaestetics could be prescribed. Try to use clothes made of only natural materials, the same is concerned to your soap, detergent, shampoo, etc. Be also careful to your diet.
Wish you Good Health
