Hi!
welcome to HCM!
Since you are not having pain or any other symptoms hence I think these sensations are due to muscle spasms or muscle twitching.Muscle twitching, or muscle fasciculation, is marked by small muscle contractions in the body.

Your muscles are composed of fibers and nerves. When a nerve is stimulated or damaged, it may cause your muscle fibers to twitch. Many twitches experienced in your body are common and may go unnoticed.
In your case also they seem to be due to some nerve irritation and will subside, However, other types of twitching may be a sign of a neurological condition and should be checked by your doctor.
hope this will help you!
