Crunching Sound Comes While Walking From Foot, No Pain, No Injuries
When getting up in the morning and walking my right foot makes a crunching sound/odd feeling in it. i have no pain while walking but i do hear the crunching sound. I have had no injuries to that foot in about 7 months when my son jumped on it and i couldn t walk for a few days. It just recently started making these sounds. Any ideas?

Get an X-ray done to see if there are any hair line fracture of the bones or any ligament tears which can cause symptoms like that..
