Culture Suggests Heavy Mixed Respitory Flora For White Patches Behind The Tonsils.

I had white patches in the area behind the tonsils. Hard to swollo and could not taste anything and tested negative to strep throat and culture, but on the second test I tested negative first rep again but the culture said I had heavy mixed respitory flora

Most of the times the throat swab is likely to report as mixed flora, and this is a normal phenomenon, however based on your symptoms i would like you to consider starting an antibiotic and warm salt water gargles!
