Dermatologist 's  Response
You are taking apt treatment for pigmentation. I assume that you are using these creams under dermatological guidance.

You have not mentioned the duration of application of these creams. If you are noticing some decrease in pigmentation, and no discomfort you may continue using it. As such the response to the treatment is slow and requires lot of patience from your side.

I would suggest you to take some sessions of chemical peels and dermabrasion for scars (Clinical procedures). These might help but you require to meet a dermatologist as to know how much it will help in your case.
