Cuts In The Head Of The Penis, Used Creams, No Relief. Remedy?

Hi for a long time a been getting cuts on the front part of the skin of my penis i used a few creams in the past and it sort of gone and come back at the same time this brought up problems with my fore skin as it doesn t slide back and if it does it hurts, also of getting so many cuts my skin sort of shrunk so if i try slide in it back it will get cut straight away. for the last 6 years i had sex only with the same girl any answers??

Hi,

This is typical of inflammation/infection of the foreskin and the head of the penis.
Need topical/ oral antibiotics .
If not resolving, may need circumcision.
Kindly take medical advice.
