Cyst On Ovaries, Irregular Periods With Blood Clots During Menses, Constant Throbbing, White Discharge. What Could This Be?

Hi I m a 21 yr old female and last August my doctor told me I have cyst on my ovaries. Lately I ve been having my periods for 3 months straight then I have blood clots the size of ball. My right size constantly throbbing and the blood clots also have white stuff on it when it comes out. I m really worried. What could this be? Should i go to a doctor asap

Hi,
Presentation of ovarian cyst is vary vague type. Most of the time is is assymptomatic and diagnosed on ultrasound done for some other condition. But some time it can present in very vague conditions.
Irregularity of the menstrual cycle and abnormal vaginal bleeding may occur in cases of ovarian cyst and the pain can also be there, but constant pain all the time is rarely because of this condition.
I would suggest you to have a consultation with gynaecologist and under go proper examination and investigation for diagnosing this condition.
