Cyst On Scrotum, Hurts On Lateral Pressure. Is It HPV ?

I have noticed a rather large like cyst on my scrotum I have been known of a few small ones but as this being the second one its rather large and hurts on lateral pressure but it comes and goes and is actually still round and smooth unlike a wart so I'm puzzled as of thinking it may either by hpv or just some type of more bothersome cyst

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

It is very common to have cyst on the scrotum and these are usually sebaceous cyst. They are certainly not due to HPV. If these cysts get infected then they become painful.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing you all the best.
