Damage Caused To Eye, Nose And Teeth Due To Accident. Feeling Numbness. Concern Of Infection?

I was hit in my face right in my left eye with a wire cable on my job it cract my eye socked and broke my nose,and since then my teeth on my upper left side I keep having a numbness feeling and Im not sure about if this is going to pass or if I have permanent damage and if my eye teeth will cause any kind of infection from it the nerve damage

it can be pressure effects of nerves or damage to nerves as the pressure effect is there it will go after tretment and when the weound heals
and if damaghe you only wait and watch do physiotherapy and some nerve stimulating medicines till 6 months after that it is difficult to get back nerves
