Hello and welcome to HCM,

There are definite protocols to test for recurrence of TB under the RNTCP (if you are being treated in India).
Positivity for tubercle bacilli in the sputum after completion of treatment suggests relapse or recurrence.
Blood in sputum is a common symptom of TB.
But now you are facing the problem of pain in the rib cage and burning sensation.
Is there any history of trauma to the chast.
Trauma will cause pain and injury to the nerves can cause burning sensation.
You need to get a X-ray of the chest to look for any fracture.
However, the pain and burning sensation are not associated with TB.
Consult your physician for clinical examination and relevant investigations.
In case of rib fracture, rest and analgesics will be required.

Thanks and take care
