Dandruff In Scalp And Middle Of Chest, Red And Itching, Used Clear Men Shampoo. Best Treatment?
hi its me sohel ........ i have dandruff at my scalp as well as at middile of the chest , its look like red and it itching . at my scalp it is not fully spread at the head but few areas it covers like front of scalp . side and last part and after using shampoo (i am using Clear men) its not totally removed and the scalp look like radish. can u tell me about the treatment.

hi, this is sebborheic dermatitis which is a common problem.
you can use a mild topical steroid cream on the scaly area.
you can use a ketoconazole stay on lotion at night to washed in the morning.
use a ketoconazole with coal tar shampoo.
