Dark Brown Bleeding. Heavy Flow, Cramps. Implantation Bleeding?

I was suppose to start MT period 2 days ago. The first day it was dark brown on my pad and that was it. The following day was the same in the morning and then light pink later in the day. Today it has been light red but no flow only when I wipe? My periods are normally spot on with heavy flow by the 2nd day. I am having menstrual cramping but no flow? I had a miscarriage last October but I bled heavily then could this be implantation bleeding with moderate cramping?

Hello,

It may be early sign of miscarriage. It is better to rule out by one blood test for beta-hCG and TVS scan.

Other reasons are hormonal imbalance, stress, vaginal/ pelvic infection etc. You need to get examined once by your gynecologist to pin point the diagnosis.

Take suggestive measures accordingly. Maintain genital hygiene properly.

Be well.
