How to get a fair complexion when having dark brown skin??? I am very conscious about my skin and want to know to get a fair complexion.I have dark brown skin color, not permenantly black.
Please help me.
Hi Firstly one should know that results obtained with pigmentation reducing creams in getting a fairer skin tone is temporary. Instead of trying to get a fair complexion, always aim for an even skin tone. To some extent fairer skin tone can be achieved by Using a sunscreen with SPF 30 in morning Instead of using a strong pigmentation reducer cream I would advise you to use milder creams like Azelaic acid or Glycolic acid, Kojic acid or vitamin, arbutin based creams. For the same you may use kojivit cream and aziderm cream If possible take few sessions of chemical peels Take diet rich in vitamin c and antioxidants.
First of all...the skin complexion in an individual is regulated by the pigment Melanin. And melanin content of the body is genetically determined. Though it can be reduced by use of some bleaching agents, they have lots of side effects on long term usage. So...the best way to increase skin fairness would be to use sunscreen lotions while going out in sun.
One more thing, please do not get influenced by the cosmetics & beauty products which claim to significantly increase the fairness of skin.
Wishing you a good health. Thanks & take care.
