Dark Brownish Urine After Smoking Meth. Abdominal Pain Near Rib Cage, Frequent Smoker. Is It Relapse ?

Started to smoke Meth again been having dark brownish urine (not frequently) normally after a night of smoking. Abdominal pain near rib cage, and once after bowel movement the odor smelled like meth. I am a 36 year old male, I weight 150lbs and my height's 5'7 and a heavy tobacco smoker. I had relapsed after 2 years clean into a frequent user and start noticing these symptoms for about several weeks which do not happen on daily basis. Was wondering if the relapse (meth) has caused my dark brown urine?
