Dark Forehead Compared To The Rest Of The Face. How Can I Lighten It?

I am a light skin African American and I have a dark forehead and I would like to know how you lighten it.I aw t it to be even and I also have blotches on my chest . I really would like to know how I lighten up my skin mainly my forehead my cheeks and lower part of my face is light and my forehead is a darker shade like not dark spots the whole thing.

hi i think dark ness of forehead is mainly due to photodermatoses.use a good sunscreen of spf more than 30 early in the morning before going outdoors and apply a moisteriser along with triglow cream in the night for 3-4 months can get a good response .if no response go for chemical peels like azalic acid or mandelic acid
