Dark Scaly Skin In The Groin Area. Cracks In The Anus. Have Burning. Cause?

Hello I am a 27 yr old male. I have black dark skin sort of look like scales between my ass and my legs in the lowest point where it creases with the shape of my ass on the edges when i stand up they are in the cresse of my lower ass close to anal it feel hot there and humid moist the spot is dark kind of like mold and the skin looks like cracks or scales when i look in the mirror and stretch it. It kinda burn after a long walk and i sweat.

Hi, it seems that you are having perianal dermatitis. Take a short course of steroid in tappering dose. Take antibiotics and antihistaminics for 1 to 2 weeks. There may be fungal infection ..candidosis, so take anti fungal for 1 week. Apply mild steroid with antibacterial and antifungal cream twice a day. Take sitz bath in dettol containing warm water. Avoid stress. Take rest for few weeks, avoid walking.... ....
