Dark Wrinkles Around Eyes, Neck Causing Tired Look On Face. How Can I Reduce This?

Doctor, My self Noorulameen, working in a FMCG company Saudi arabia. my problum is dark wrinkles around my eyes, neck and dark in all over face(only face). it affect my peronality and seems to be tiredness on my face. please advice me that in Dermetology what is the right method to reduce this issue. My skin type in very weak, soft and dry. what kinds of medicines i can use? is there any other kind tratments

hello noorulameen,
i think these are due low haemoglobin , go for blood test if hb is low use iron supplement with melalite cream.
