Thats actually a fairly routine mix. What often happens, if she is going through one pharmacy, is that the pharmacy computer will tell the pharmacist that there is an issue. The pharmacist will call the doctor, and tell the doctor what the problem is. The doctor will then decide if the risks outweigh the benefits, and change his order, or the benefits outweigh the risks, and tell the pharmacist to go ahead with the order.
