Deaf With A Cochlear Implant, Hearing Music And Ringing. Is This Tinnitus. Remedy

I spray painted several projects recently, over several different days. 2 bookshelves, a coffee table 4 different times(paint color didn't work out), and an end table twice. I painted it all outside. I also sanded paint, but it was inside. About 3 days ago, I have been hearing what sounds like a musical orchestra in my left war, and a ringing in my right ear. I am deaf also. I am implanted with a cochlear implant into right ear. I have read this could be tinnitus, but is it possible? I am deaf and actually am hearing music and ringing. Please help. Thanks.
