Dealing With Impetigo On Face. Mupirocin No Longer Effective. Solution?

I have been dealing with impetigo on my face for 6 years now. Mupirocin usually works quite well but it is no longer effective. Additionally, I have been putting mupirocin in my nose once a month for 5 days. I have tried doxycycline and Keflex and it still keeps coming back. I feel scared as I am in great health otherwise. I keep getting passed along by different dermatologists and ID docs and I don't know how to make this current outbreak go away. Is there any hope of getting rid of this? Please help me
