What Causes Increasing Stretch Marks On The Shoulders And Recurring Small, Blister-like Knots On The Back Of A Teenager With Down Syndrome?

Dear Doctor, I have 17yrs down syndrome child. there are stretch marks appeared on his shoulders (both sides) It appeared a year ago. Now that stretch marks have increased. Small blisters appear frequently on his back also. They don t explode. But it remains like small knots. Can you please give any treatments to my child. Thank you
