Dear Doctor I Have Problems In My Lipid Profile Since

I have problems in my lipid profile since last 5 years. Basically with TG near 180 to 200 and total cholesterol near 200. Taking Atorvastatin fenofibrate. With tablets i am Manging it in normal values. All other lipid are normal. Not diabetic also . For last one an half year i am Monitering SGPT and OT levels.usually it is 55 and 36 respectively.
Today its raised to SGPT 80 and OT 49 respectively. I used to take alchohol 200+ ml twice a week. Some times thrice a week. Normally my levels dont increase rapidly. From April I took 3 courses of antibiotics for Anal fissure. Is that the cause of this elevation in SGPT. Usually all other values of LFT remains normal.with the usage of Alcohol also my SGPT usually remains under 55 and SGOT under 40. Can u advise on the sudden hike in SGPT to 80.
