Dear Dr, I Would Like To Know, - If A

Dear Dr,
I would like to know, - if a boy - who at 14-15 yrs of age, took female hormones and then stopped within a month of starting the therapy, then resumed female hormone therapy again at the age of 18, and continued on them for around 12 yrs of age, then ceased taking them, due to the fact that the - now man of 47 yrs - received the help he required psychologically to make the transition back to living his life as a male; And if he can still produce sperm; However, his testosterone and associated test levels are as followed:
Testosterone 6.0 L , SHBG 27 , FAI22.2 , FT Calc 133 L , FSH 38.5 H , LH 18.8 H , Oestradiol 88 , BMI 44.6 H , Progesterone 0.6 nmol/L , Triglyceride 1.54 nmol/L , PSA 0.27 , TSH 2.0 mIU/L , Free T4 , 16.2 pmol/L , Free T3 5.0 pmol/L , Prolactin 157 mIU/L .
This person does not want their testicles shut down, but does, however, require an urgent solution to. not only preserve the possible ability to reproduce.
He would like to achieve becoming more masculine in appearance with more hairier male regions on the body, along with, help with penile growth, in addition to having his sex drive restored and have an overall sense of wellness.
He has heard and seen excellent results of hormone therapy called androgen and other hormone therapy that female to male transitions people take, that would help achieve him becoming a better looking and acting man.
At the end of the day this person has stated that if his testicles are not going to work regarless of what he needs to take, he still wants the therapy that will give him a hairier more muscular body along with some penile growth!
Can this be achieved through female to male hormone replacement therapy, or if this will not achieve this for him, then can you advise which hormone therapy would.

Thank you for your consideration and time.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind regards.
