Dear Dr,

This is arif shaik and i am working as a software engineer in Egypt.
My quires :
From my mouth bledding is coming while brushing teeths and some gaps is available in between teeths and as well i am a smoker past 7 yrs daily 4 on some vocations 10.

while i am breaking some thing like an almond i am feeling some tiny pain
on every side so,can you guide me sir.
