Dear Sir, I Am Patient Of OCD Since 1994, 49

Dear Sir,
I am patient of OCD since 1994, 49 years old weight 52 kg , having low blood pressure. A father of 4 kinds.
Up to last two from 1994 i used Clomfranil 25 mg and was perfectly all right. after 1999 my depression and OCD was almost vanished.
Between 1999 and 2006 i led a very happy life. I would like to work long hours, earned a lot of money but spent a lot as well on clothing , footwear,expensive perfumes, watches, spectacles etc. I loved to give expensive gifts to people around me. And a result I have no savings.
I regarded my self an extra-ordinary person specially in teaching and financial analytical work ( I am an accountant by profession).
But within lasy one and half year I started losing weight, again depressed all the day long weeping and crying OCD hit me again.My anger rose to a dangerous levels .I went through Endoscopy and Colonoscopy every this was normal H-Pylori was 2 for this I did a 10days antibiotic course.after this course my weight gained to 52kg from 48 kg.

I went to psychiatrist after a laps of almost 10 years. She changed my medicine and gave me SERT 50 , than 100, and than 150 mg with DEPREL. I was unable to cope up with this change but gradually became use to. And my doses reduced to 100mg SERT.

Now I am taking SERT 100 daily in the morning and twice a week DEPREL. Now I am having headache and my family physician says that I am having migraine.

I am very worried about my health. I am jobless these days, having difficulty in sleeping and waking up early in the morning this is the only reason that I can not ensure my punctuality and lose jobs.

Kindly advise me.
