Dear Sir /Maam I Have Gone Through A Pre-employment Medical

Dear Sir /Maam
I have gone through a pre-employment medical test everything is fine such as blood test results, urine test results etc. but on the chest X-ray the the lab authority or the Dr. says it's not clear and advised me to take Levofloxacin 500 tab 1 tab daily at bedtime for 5 days and then to repeat the X-ray.I have asked him to tell me clearly if anything major I wanna go through the treatment of it for a permanent solution of the same, and it is not necessary for me to join the particular job but he replied no no nothing like that. So I'm in confusion whether he is given me the right advice or.....
