Dear Addiction Specialist, I Am On 50 Milligrams Of Tramadol

Dear addiction specialist, I am on 50 milligrams of tramadol and 150 to 200 mg of palexia each day. I am in Tasmania and they don't do suboxone treatment here. So I'm thinking it might be better to go to transdermal buprenorphine and then come off that. What dosage patch do you think I should be on for the amount of opiate medication I am on?

I am also taking benzodiazepines which I want to reduce after I have come off the opiates.
