Deep Pimple Between Nose And Tear Duct, Swelling In Eyes, Tenderness. Sebaceous Cyst?

2 days ago noticed what seemed to be a deep pimple forming in the area between bridge of nose and tear duct. Then started having some swelling/puffiness under my eye. Today it seems bigger, more swollen, and bit tender. Feels hard to touch, but moves somewhat. Sebaceous cyst? No apparent head . Have not squeezed or prodded. Suggestion?

hi,sebaceous cyst will have a head which when popped or squeezed white discharge which is smelly comes out and ther will not be swelling of the eyelids as it does not cause any inflammation.i think it is only furuncle due to hair follicle infection.usually causes inflammation of surrounding tissue causing swelling and tenderness of the near by tissue.use of broad spectrum antibiotic, chymoral forte, combiflame and along with application of t-bact ointment after saline compressions can cure it
