Deep Sore Spot Below Left Jaw Between The Muscles. Ear Hurts While Swallowing. Hurts To Turn Neck. What Could It Be?

i have a deep sore spot on my left side of my neck 3 fingers down from my jaw in the groove between the muscles. if i swallow i feel it.. all the way to my ear.. if i lay on that side it hurts if i turn my neck it hurts it is a very specific spot of pain , like nothing i have ever experienced. i do not have insurance and am out of work. i have 2 boys at home and my husbands job is seasonal, so i do not wish to burden him with medical bills if it is not necessary but at this point i am scared because i have never felt this type of pain before.

This could be due to infection or could be due to impacted wisdom tooth causing infection and pain to rule out this you need to get a checkup done once.
