Delay Period On Ortho Tri-cylen Birth Control,is It Possible ?

I am taking ortho tri cyclen and was wondering if it's possible to delay or skip my period safely. I was reading that I can postpone it by a week by not taking the placebos and taking the 3rd week of pills from a new pack. Is this true ? Will this work ?

Do not try things on your own. If it is really needed that you should postpone your period, talk to your gynac, she wil assisit you. I believe there are some other tablets that are given for his purpose. I got prescribed some other tablets for 5 days, when I needed to postpone my periods due to a Temple function.
