Hi,
According to your last period, if you had a history of 30-day cycles, your gestational age would be around 26 weeks now. According to ultrasound, your gestational age appears to be around 25 weeks+/- 4 days. Since you have a history of delayed periods, calculation depends on serial sonograms, the amount of delay that happens in your cycles and if this delay has a regularity, and on clinical findings. Your sonogram report is normal considering the fact that you have delayed periods. You may take further advice from your doctor. Good luck.
