Sometimes periods date can get delayed due to many causes. Usually one week delay can be considered as normal only. Urine pregnancy test kits may not detect very early pregnancy and just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion. You wait for one more week and if you do not get the periods by that time repeat the test. If you want to continue the pregnancy start folic acid supplementation from now-onwards.
