Delayed Period, Sore Nipples, White Substance In Urine. Advise?

OK so I have weird periods it comes like sometimes every other 2 months it plays with me a lot but this month I kind of concern that its not coming at all but I had my period last month but this month my nipples get sore once in a while when I pee it looks like white pieces of toilet tissues and I Haven't had sex yet so I'm so concerned and I need help I want to know what is going on with me.i need help please, scared to tell my mom

I understand your concern. As you have always had a history of irregular periods, this is not a serious issue. The sore nipples are a normal phenomen, especially in women who are expecting their period sometime soon or in women who are currently experiencing a period. This is completely due to a hormonal effect.

The white substance in your urine could be a sign of something wrong. This could most probably be an infection. You will have to report to a doctor and get your urine tested. Or if you are concerned or worried about reporting to a doctor, you could just get your urine analysed and write back to me with the report, and I shall interpret them to you.

Infections are also commonly known to delay periods, so this delay in your periods could most probably be because of your period. Do not worry, this can be easily treated.
