Delayed Periods. HPT Negative. Abdominal Pain, Light Brown Discharge With Primolut. Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi , I am 27 yr , married . I am now trying to conceive . i haven t had my period since 23 April 2012(over 10 week )after 10 days over the first period , I tested home pregnancy test but It is negative .To be make sure , I went to OBGY but he make external check like touching my womb and then he said I am not pregnant but just wait and see . On 22 June 2012 ( over 8 week from my last menstruation period ). I went to see OBGY again and he also make external check the same like first time and he said I am not pregnant .He give primolut .The next day I have brown and light discharge for 4 days ( it is like sporting ) .Then I took primout 5 mg 4 per day . Sometime , I got sharp abdomen pain .I haven t got my period till now .I didn t have any Symptom and negative pregnancy test .Am I pregnant ? Can u consult me ? Seinn

YOUR ARE PROBABLY PREGNANT OR IT MAY BE ECTOPIC PREGNANCY OR HYDATIDIFORM MOLE.IN THIS CASE IN MY OPINION PRIMULET SHOULD NOT GIVEN.I DONT KNOW THE MATERIAL COME.WHAT IS THAT?ARE IT PRODUCT OF CONCEPTION OR NORMAL MENSTRUAL BLOOD.

DO A URGENT USG LOWER ABDOMEN TO SEE IF PREGNANCY IS THERE AND SEARCH FOR OTHER PATHOLOGY IF NOTHING IS OBTAINED DO A BLOOD CHECK OF HORMONAL PROFILE AND CONSULT ANOTHER GYNAECOLOGIST.PLEASE DO ALL THE THINGS URGENTLY.
