Delayed Periods. Had Unprotected Sex, Nausea, Cramps, Nausea. Bloated, Constipated, Tender Breasts. Any Suggestions?

Hi I am a week late on my cycle. I always have regular cycles 29-31 days. My last cycle was Oct 6, 2013 and it ended on Oct 11, 2013. I had unprotected sex Oct 13, 2013 and he ejaculated in me unexpectedly. I was subjected to begin my fertile week 4 days after. We had unprotected sex again Oct 29, 2013. 2 weeks prior to my expected cycle for Nov. I had mild cramps and I was nauseated. I woke up feeling sick to my stomach but I couldnt puke, just felt sick and stopped up. I have always had an appetite so around that time I started eating less. I just slept. I usually boo boo everyday maybe 3 times a day (sorry tmi) but now I may use it one day and skip 2 days. I feel bloated. I can eat and if I try to finish my entire meal I feel stuffed to where I cant eat anymore. My cycle was suppose to start Nov. 5th but there has been no luck. I have tried eating chocolate to make my cycle come down still no luck. I took a hpt the day my cycle was due it was negative. I took 2 again on Nov. 13th it was negative. For about 4?days the sides of my breast have been tender (close by my armpits) but my nipples arent sore just a little tingle. I have given up. I want to either see my cycle or find out if Im pregnant. Any suggestions??

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Chances of pregnancy are indeed high, but please be informed that many women do not get a positive result on a pregnancy test even 3 months into pregnancy.

So my recommendations/suggestions would be to visit your doctor and conduct a serum pregnancy test which should show a high serjm hCG level, and at the sametime rule out other causes of a delayed period, like infections, etc.

If this also shows a negative result and no other conditions are diagnosed, then an ultrasound examination will have to be conducted which can confirm a gestational sac a few weeks into pregnancy.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
