Hi,
In the current scenario, the possibility of a urinary tract infection should be considered if the blood test for pregnancy is negative. Urinary tract infections can be associated with stomach cramps, blood in urine and irregular cycles. I would ask you to get a complete evaluation by a specialist along with urinalysis and a renal scan. Blood counts also should be done. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
