Delayed Periods, Light Cramps In Abdomen And Vagina, Frequent Urination, Sneezing, Running Nose. Pregnant?
As of today my last period date was 47 days ago.. I have been having light cramping in the abdomen/ vaginal area freqnt urination , dry moith, obsessive sneezing , runny nose some congestion, very hungry, and tired even after an 8-9hr rest, thought i could be pregnant so i tested on the 23rd and 24 th both negative... Whats wrong with me?

If your test is negative then you should get an ultrasound done
Your symptoms can be due to other causes , it can be common cold
Get your thyroid profile done
