Delayed Periods, Mild Headache, Fatigue, Extreme Thirst. History Of Removal Of Tonsils. HPT Negative. Another Test After Sometime Advisable?

I am 2 days late for my period and I usually start a day early. I have a mild headache, slight fatigue, and extremely thirsty. I had my tonsils taken out about 3 and half weeks ago. I don t know if its because of the stress my body went through due to the surgery is causing my cycle to be off, or if I am indeed pregnant. I have taken 2 tests that were negative. Should I give it another week and take another one if I haven t started my period?

Hi,
Yes, stress is definitely a cause for delay in period. Wait another week and re-take the test. If its negative, then see your doctor for medication to get your period.
