Delayed Periods, Only Spotting, Pregnancy Test Negative, Scan Shows Thick Endometrium With Cystic Changes. Suggestions?

hi...! i m suffering from blood spotting from last 8 days but yet not had my menses.. yesterday i hv done USG which says that endometrium is thikken about 10 mm with some cystic changes seen.... last menses was on 18th and yesterday on 22nd pregnancy strip test was negative.. but yet i m suffering from same spotting.... what should be d reason....n what should i do

Hi,
Thanks for query,
You have hormonal imbalance.
This causes you spotting.
Hormonal imbalance occurs due to tension anxiety,lesions of ovary ,long working hours shift duty etc.
As your endometrum is thickened you will get spotting only once it started shedding you will get full flow .
