Delayed Periods, Slight Stomach Pain. How To Confirm Pregnancy? Would Intake Of Papaya And Stomach Pain Cause Miscarriage In Case Of Possible Pregnancy?

1 .Hi, i guess i am pregnanat now, can you please tell me how can i confirm my pregnancy. My last period date was 3th Mar2013 and after that i dint get my periods.
2 . without knowing, i had papaya may in the 2nd week of Apr, will it causes any miscarraige?
3 . I am 1st time conceive, now i am slightly getting the stomach aches,so, i am worrying whether it may lead to miscarraige?
please answer for the above the questions and incase if leads to miscarraige, please give me the solutions, how can i overcome from it. i need to give the birth to a unborn baby..please guide me.

1 pregnancy can be confirm at home by the urine pregnancy test , urine pregnancy test kits are easily available in the market . you can confirm by it .
2 Papaya will not cause abortion
3 Stomach ache will not cause abortion directly

so first of all get it confirm , than you can plan .
