Delayed Periods, Tender Breasts, Cramping And Brownish Spotting. Pregnant?

10 days late on my period. NEVER miss one. I am always 28 days like clock work. about 6 days after ovulation , I experienced light brownish color discharge/spotting. Then a few days later had mild faint cramps leading up to scheduled period. these lasted about a week on and off, only lasting a few seconds at a time. Period due date has at this point now come and went. today I would be considered 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. But I have recieved 4 negative pregnancy tests . today my breast were tender, and I ve been having a metal cotton mouth taste the last 24 hours. Could I be Pregnant?

Welcome to HCM.
You have missed period of 10 days and pregnancy test 4 times negative that is unusual if you are pregnant.
Tender breast, little spotting or abdominal cramp are quiet common symptoms in early wk of pregnancy.
So better to do a USG for lower abdomen for confirmation of pregnancy. And consult with your doctor about scanning report.

If pregnancy is not detected on USG,then need to find out other possible causes of delayed period like emotional upset, Hormonal imbalance, anxiety, eating disorder, thyroid problem, ovarian cyst,heavy wt or using any anti psychotic drug.

Take healthy diet,avoid stress and do light exercise.

From your history it seems not to be pregnancy.
First do an USG of whole abdomen which will show what is the original picture. If USG reveals no pregnancy then it is a Dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
