Delayed Periods With Reddish Brown Spotting, Swollen Gums, Bloating, Canker Sores. Concerning?
I'm 22 years old girl, my periods are around 20 days late today. The first day of my previous period was 9th August 2013. I have had protected sex in the month of May, but after that intercourse, my periods were regular and proper. Today is the first day of my period in this month and I'm having reddish brown spotting, swollen gums, bloating and canker sores. Is there any problem?
Indeed, with a 20 day delay in your menstrual period an new unsusual symptoms a pregnancy has to be excluded first, usually given the 3 week delay an urine test should be able to detect HCG if there is indeed a pregnancy.
