Delayed Periods With Tiredness, Vivid Dreams, Nausea, Lower Sharp Cramps, Sore Nipples

Hi, my period was due on march 17 and now it s April 6 I am 20 days late I took two home pregnancy Test and both came out negative but I have symtoms that I am pregnant like tiredness, Vivid dreams, nausea (no throwing up ), headaches, lower sharp cramps, sore nipples and etc but I don t feel pregnant.I had the impanon birth control but took it out in December. My period were a little abnormal but NEVER this late I also accidentally had sex on my ovulation day on march 3 so I don t know what to do. Because there is a history from my mom didn t know she was pregnant until she was 4 months she had all negative home test and two negative blood test . What should I do?

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

Chances for pregnancy after two negative pregnancy test done are very very low almost zero.
All symptoms that you feel may be from delay periods ,is very early to have pregnancy symptoms.
But to remove anxiety do a pregnancy blood test and TVS.
If they are negative negative (more possible) there are many reasons that can cause delay periods.
Take duphaston 2*1 tablets for 5 days to breakthrough periods.
