Dents In Pigmentation Marks In Leg, Burning. What Is The Problem?
I had pigmentation marks on my right leg from knee going downwards. since the last one year. Now since the last 4 months there are dents in the pigmentation marks, and suddenly they start burning. No doctor knows what is the problem I have pigmentation marks on my right leg and now there are dents in them. Occassionaly those dents burn. No pain no other symptoms.

dents with pigmentation marks on the leg are common in pyoderma gangrenosum.it is a kind of vasculitis.use a antibiotic ,short course of steriods, and vitamin c can cure it .rule out any pathological factors like diabetes and hypertension
